Can you believe it is December already! Just where does the time go?
If you are a Brissy local, make sure you pop on down and come and say Hi! tomorrow night at the BrisStyle Indie Twilight Market from 5pm - 9pm in King George Square
Don't forget to visit the website to see all the other great things the BrisStylettes will have on offer and for some more gift ideas pop on over here
2 dozen mini star toppers from enticing icing as well as some goodies from a few of my favorite shops :)
We’ve been doing quite a bit of baking...
Playing in LOTS of mud (can’t believe the weather we’ve been having of late, we are still sleeping under the quilt and its November today!)
A little bit of swinging on the days when the sun has decided to make an appearance...
And we even managed a trip down to Byron for day a few weeks ago for a lovely day at the beach

So all in all, whilst things have been busy and I haven’t quite been able to keep up with everything (like blogging) things are all well and were making do with what we can get done
Sorry poor neglected blog, I never meant to be away for so long and promise I will be back again soon, lots to share!
Today we are hoping to go and catch up with some friends at the park for afternoon tea, so I am just hoping the rain clouds blow over by then. Just about to pop a batch of cupcakes in the oven and I might even try and whip up a batch of Passionfruit cookies too.
Whatever you are up to this week, I hope you have a great one and get to snuggle those closest to youDon't forget to go and check out some more 'At my house' posts over at the lovely Lou's

But I was really happy with how these turned out
Even my little monster thought they were pretty cool
and tasty too :)
Happy birthday Tyron, cant wait to see what cake ideas you come up with for next year!
I topped off the cake with some chocolate cupcakes with little daisy toppers in red and pink and finished with some shimmer powder which suited the party theme beautifully.
Anouk made a very cute 4 year old and was super cute in her beautiful Musketeer dress (with rip off cape) that her mum Kate lovingly made for her (it really was amazing, with the actual insignia from the movie and all!)
The party decorations looked lovely and the cute tissue pom poms hanging from the frangipanni tree added a beautiful touch to the look.
and the food looked amazing too. Fairy bread (of course) little gingerbread biscuits, sandwiches and chocolate and freckle covered strawberries (which the Nana's were a bit horrified over ;)
Even my little dinosaur and Spider man had a great day, along with Anouks super cute little brother Oscar!
These little frogs ventured all the way over to the US to help a joint birthday shared between two one year olds...
Amanda did an awesome job of the cake and Will and all his buddies had a great day :)
I'll be back soon as I have a few more 'enticing icing' parties I would love to share with you
While the little one slept yesterday afternoon I made up some yummy desserts using some of those Passionfruits we have at the moment. It was super easy and with only 6 ingredients with stuff I normally have in the pantry anyway it was sure to be a winner.
We are also having fun this week having a different coloured bath each night. Thanks again Lou for another great idea!
What's happening at your house this week? Make sure you pop over here to read some more 'At my house' and join along if you wish
Hope you have a lovely weekend, wherever you may be :)
We're enjoying the harvest from our garden this week, and those passionfruits I blogged about all that time ago, are finally ripening and they are delicious! If anyone has any good passionfruit recipes send them through ;) A couple of batches of passionfruit butter are definitely on the menu.
And with all this cold rainy weather a batch of this super easy sultana and apricot slice is also on the menu with some nice hot cups of sweet tea. Yum!
Hope your having a lovely week at your place wherever you may be, and don't forget to check out all the other participants over at Lou's
BrisStyle is all ready to set King George Square a light again this Friday night and I will also be attending, located in the co-op stand. So if you are a local pop on down and grab yourself a bargain! and check out all the awesome handmade goodies on offer from some amazily talented ladies!

And maybe even some trampolining if the weather stays nice...
And Lou, you have inspired us to. Whale sandwhiches have been a BIG hit here lately!
Hope your all having lovely calm weeks too, and make sure you pop by Buttons By Lou Lou and check out all the other house too...
Its been a hectic week to say the least, so when sax yelled out we had visitors this morning I had to go and check it out. When heading out the back to see what he was talking about, he told me the 'Horror-Keets' had come to visit and say good morning to him :)
Xavier has always been such a happy boy (as long as mum or dad are close by) and he was all smiles on his 1st Birthday :)
Complete with little ducky cupcakes, of course
and Xavi had so much fun playing with all his new pressies and watching all the kids playing in the backyard, and we were very lucky as it was such a lovely warm and sunny winters day
HAPPY BIRTHDAY LITTLE MAN, We love you heaps xxooxx
